Hi... and welcome to The Quantum Nutritionist.

I am Sarah, and I'm a qualified Nutritional Therapist (BA/BSc, dip ION, mBANT, mCNHC), and I have so much experience - both formal and informal through my own healing journey, that I can help you with.

I offer an array of consultations, tests, natural supplements, and support, to help you improve your health, whatever you current symptoms. I became very ill in my 20s and went down the standard medical route looking for answers but, for me personally, none came in that way. Instead, I was forced to 'go it alone', a journey which first saw me make dietary changes to improve my health which then led me to actually train as a Nutritional Therapist.

I made very good advances in this way, but it was not the whole story, and I gradually found myself exploring many other 'complementary and natural' approaches to my health, which saw me train as an ASYRA practitioner amongst other things.

I am now in my 50s so I have decades of research, and certainly trials and errors when it has come to optimising my own health, alongside my formal training, to assist you in become healthier, happier and more wholesome too...

As mentioned, I'm Sarah, The Quantum Nutritionist here in the UK! I call myself this because I have learned that 'everything is energy' and this is such an important concept to understand when it comes to healing ourselves.

I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist (dip ION), having trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, graduating in 2010. I have been in practice since then and am a member of BANT and CNHC.

I can help you with all sorts of health issues, but I am particularly passionate about the 'bigger picture' as regards health and dis-ease, especially because I have learned so much about this through my own personal health journey. And I have found this context for healing to be ever-so important to effect deep and long-lasting change to health issues.

So, I would like to share with you about how to heal from the inside out as well as through more traditional 'external' approaches such as good nutrition, homeopathy, and natural remedies.

Speaking of natural remedies... I have my own range of powerful & bespoke homeopathic formulas available for you, your family, or even your pet!

The dietary and health advice that I offer can be for a wide range of health conditions (after all, many have similar issues at a causal level), and can be via consultation or now by DONATION ONLY through the new "Ask the TQN" service.
