Hi... and welcome to The Quantum Nutritionist. 

 

I am Sarah, and I'm a qualified Nutritional Therapist (BA/BSc, dip ION, mBANT, mCNHC), and I have so much experience - both formal and informal through my own healing journey, that I can help you with.

There is now so much for us to deal with as our world is changing dramatically, and our bodies - and needs - are actually changing too.  Both this external and often internal stress can result in old health conditions getting worse, or new symptoms arising as our bodies are engaging in a huge renewal process.

 

Yes... symptoms of ill health are hard-going for sure, but there is a bigger context to appreciate too which will help you to overcome whatever health issues you are facing, no matter how long you have had them.

As mentioned, I'm Sarah, The Quantum Nutritionist here in the UK!  I call myself this because I have learned that 'everything is energy' and this is such an important concept to understand when it comes to healing ourselves.

 

I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist (dip ION), having trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, graduating in 2010.  I have been in practice since then and am a member of BANT and CNHC.

 

I can help you with all sorts of health issues, but I am particularly passionate about the 'bigger picture' as regards health and dis-ease, especially because I have learned so much about this through my own personal health journey.  And I have found this context for healing to be ever-so important to effect deep and long-lasting change to health issues.

So, I would like to share with you about how to heal from the inside out as well as through more traditional 'external' approaches such as good nutrition, homeopathy, and natural remedies.

I live near Wells in Somerset, and operate in other locations in the South-West too, but I can treat anyone anywhere in the UK (and beyond too!)

So... in-person consultations can be in  Somerset (Glastonbury or Wells), and also once-a-month in Buckfastleigh near Totnes.

In-person sessions also coming to Bristol soon...

 

OR all consultations/ therapies are available by remote means (Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, telephone etc), so wherever you are in the UK or world, you can benefit from a session!
